We once carried our brochures and sales material proudly to presentations. We’d open to page one with a smile of intent, and a purpose to cover everything in the order the material has been designed. The order seemed logical to you and your team, so why do customers feel the need to go to page 3, or page 4, or page 12? Could it be they are time poor or frustrated with the same messages tied up in the same package?
The iPad increases customer engagement, that’s a given. An engaged audience is receptive, more interested and more willing to tell you their concerns or product needs. We’re all different.
