 | Allow Wi-fi Sharing: Devices can be configured with a public folder to share folders and files amongst computers or devices connected to a local shared network. |
 | Copy files to other apps: Allow or disallow users to copy your files outside of your application. By turning off a few extra privileges you can 100% lock company files within the users application. |
 | Emailing of files: Control whether user has the ability to email files from the application. |
 | Uploading of files to remote servers: Control if the user has the ability to upload the files on their device, to other remote servers. |
 | Allow printing using AirPrint: Allow or disallow the ability of users to print via AirPrint |
 | Can add other servers: Lock your users to use your company server or allow them to add their own servers. |
 | Enable iTunes USB file transfer: Use your iPad and Liquid Enterprise as a mobile flash drive. Simply drag and drop files from iTunes. |
 | Always flatten PDFs on Export: Flatten annotations down to PDF files on export. |
 | Auto-download pushed files: Control whether a user has the option to download pushed files at their peril, or if the files are automatically downloaded. |
 | Allow application to work offline: Decide if you want your user’s devices to require an active internet connection in order to function. |
 | Number of days application may work offline: Decide how many days your users can use the application without a connection before they are asked to re-login. |
 | Kill Switch: The final line of protection for your company. Delete a user from the online console and they’ll be locked out of the application, protecting your files and your company’s intellectual property. |
