Secure iPad Signing with Liquid Enterprise

How does Liquid Enterprise digital signing work?
As the document is signed, Liquid Enterprise generates a Document Digest. The Document Digest is a set of characters (letters and numbers) that corresponds to the document just like a finger print. Altering anything in the document will cause immediate, dramatic change in the Document Digest value easily identifying a forgery.
Biometric data and document signing
A signature made with Liquid Enterprise is much more than just an annotation or image of a signature embedded in a PDF. The app stores important biometric information related to signatures such as pen path, speed and acceleration. These parameters are unique to every individual and allow forensic experts to distinguish a real signature from the forged one. The biometric data is encrypted and stored within the signed PDF document.
How Liquid Enterprise collects and stores the biometric data?
Liquid Enterprise measures the physical activity of the person signing the document and records the path, direction, speed and acceleration of strokes. This process takes place for every signature made in the document and collects both the customer’s and the company representative’s biometric data.
